At FulfillNext, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, please ensure the item meets the conditions outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the item
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Gift cards and digital products
- Undergarments, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@fulfillnext.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number within 1–2 business days
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number
- Ship the item to the return address provided in the authorization email
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
- PayPal refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time and availability of your desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
- A description of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for damaged/defective items at no additional cost to you.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe, please check your bank account or credit card statement first. Then contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@fulfillnext.com.
