Shipping Policy - Package Delivery

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing time may be extended by an additional 1–2 business days. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

Important: Depending on the product, your order may be shipped from our US branch or our Asia branch. Delivery times for international orders may vary by ±2–3 business days depending on the fulfillment center. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time. Actual delivery may vary depending on the destination, product origin, and carrier conditions.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the Orders section. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.

4. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country
  • Additional delivery time due to customs processing
  • Restrictions on certain products in specific countries

These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted regions. If your shipping address falls under these categories, please contact us before placing your order.

Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or destination regulations. Any applicable restrictions will be noted on the product page.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement/refund.

Please retain all packaging materials and take photos of any damage, as this information may be required for a claim with the carrier.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. FulfillNext is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs may apply.
